Start easy on either then Benny.
An American mustard is usually quite easy on the tastebuds
Pepper is a more difficult one to try and explain. But having a little of the fresh stuff, crushed onto some butter bread will let you understand why it appeals to most.
The cause is both and come cream together (Maybe some Worcestershire sauce too
)
