I have to agree. One of the most talented and versatile actors I have ever seen. A chameleon who becomes the character he plays. Harrison Ford, Matt Damon, Othersthey're always themselves playing a part. Frank Whaley IS the part he is playing.

How is not more known than Johnny Depp, who I like as well?
I don't know of a bad performance he has had. He may have been in a stinker, but if he was it surely didn't stick to his name or it wasn't because he gave a bad performance.

I've always liked him too. He was Robbie Krieger in The Doors. Great in Broken Arrow. There was a movie he did with Faye Dunaway but I've never been able to find it again.

There was a movie he did with Faye Dunaway but I've never been able to find it again.
According to imdb, they were never in anything together
