Why the anti-Christian disdain

Hollywood absolutely disdains, if not hates, Christianity and anyone who professes Christianity. This movie is chock full, depicting anyone Christian as a dual hypocrite and worst sinner.
True, many Christians have been hypocrites. I don't deny that.
On the other hand, I've met many, many people who go to church, profess Christian values, and are gentle, decent, nice people who don't shove religion in everyone's face. They don't brag empty Christian values as in the movie, as horribly depicted by actress Kirstie Alley, a parody of a Christian hypocrite. They live it.
Let's be honest about it all, then. Portray the genuine, sincere Americans who profess Christianity alongside the hypocrites who waste 1 to 2 hours at church every Sunday because they don't live the religion/faith they claim to profess.
This movie, admittedly fun to watch in many places as a dark comedy, makes you squirm if you are Christian and believe in living respectfully with your fellow man.
And before I leave this post, let's talk about Hollywood 'values'hypocrisy about women's rights (valuing young women over older women), sexism, rampant recreational drug use, alcohol abuse, rampant illicit sexuality, the casting couch, back-stabbing, black-listing and black balling peopleyeah, Hollywood can teach me to be a better human being than Jesus. Not!!!
Kirstie Alley's character had more in common with the Hollywood industry society elites than her neighbors. She would have fit right in perfectly with Hollywood in Los Angeles.
Now all you religion hatersgo troll me. I just won't bother to respond. I'm not concerned that God won't solve all your problems, talk to you in person, make you rich and famous, make everyone on this planet nice and good with no evil people, on and on. God is not a genie in a bottle waiting to grant you three wishes. -
