He killed at least 3 people because his son and ex wife injected him with compound V, they ( doctors ) must have knew his dad who's name I forgot was not a supe to begin with.
So there was no investigation? Hughie and his mother were not questioned at all? And Hughie dont seem to be the SLIGHTEST bit concerned that his actions resulted in 3 people dying horrible deaths? he just moves on just like that?? -

the entire reason why butcher and the rest of the boys are out in the open is because they work with the CIA which is why homelander cant touch them because he knows that.
they were on the run only in the begining of season 2 for a few episodes. of course they know but the CIA rely on them -
