Tyler, I'm so sorry about the loss of your mom. How do I know of her?
Don't laugh, but the first time I saw her was as a kid in a rerun of
"The Munsters." It was her second appearance, playing "Lou", the bombshell
who tries to seduce "Herman." She was absolutely hil-ar-ious. I remember
when she gets the phone call to go to work on "Herman." She is simply
told that he is talland green. "Green???" Only your mom could make
such a throwaway line so funny. And, of course, all her attempts to
get "Herman" to "pick a winner", fall flateven after she's spent the
    day making him chocolate malts!
Later, I saw her first appearance on the show - as "Herman's" dance
teacher. Also hilarious. I also remember her as "Colleen" on the soap
"General Hospital" and later, countless TV guest appearances, including
"The Andy Griffith Show." She was always a treat.
Thank God for DVD, so your Mom can go on entertaining all of us.
    Bless you.

Tyler, my condolences on your mom. And, thank you for the biography. Its always nice to know the background of a person one admires. I always enjoyed her characterizations especially as Mayberrys fun girl and Rose in Eastwoods Josey Wales. Wish I had met her in life. She appeared to be a fine human person. Bless her.

          Tyler,
Your mom was great! I agree with the other imdb user; I can remember her as "Lou" on The Munsters too"But Daddy gets so mean" and it was a great incidental part that my whole family remembers quite fondly. (One of our favorite episodes, in fact)
On your mother's main page, it lists her cause of death as "suicide" but you have indicated that she had a heart attack. Maybe you can eliminate any confusion there?
I am so glad you shed some light on Ms. Jameson's life. You should put your information in her biography section on imdb in case other users don't happen to come across this post.
Once again, by looking at your biography of her and the vast number of movies/shows she's been apart of, you were blessed to have such a talented mother!
          Dan

            Hi Tyler!
My favorite movie is The Apartment. Your mother had a fun scene in that movie and transformed into Marilyn Monroe perfectly.
On another note. You indicated your mom died of a heart attack. Notify IMDB and tell them to take down that she died due to suicide!!
            Respectfully,
            Alexis

My personal favourite was Comedy of Terrors, the entire cast gave a top notch perfomance to a much underrated movie.
Your mother was indeed talented and beautiful, thankyou for sharing some of her biography here.

Your mom died at the same age I lost mine, they were also close in birthdates, your mom was a great actress and had lots of personality and charm. I just saw her in "Scorchy" with Connie Stevens, her brief role was quite memorable. Hope to see another post on here soon from you!

                      Tyler,
Sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I came to IMDB just now to see exactly
who your Mom was. I saw her on a 1964 Andy Griffith Show episode and I knew I had
seen her before somewhere - I was really captivated on how funny she was on the show.
Interesting to read about how intelligent and well read she was - it is too
bad she wasn't offered more meaty roles - I'm sure she would have played them
                      great too.

Remembering this terrific actress on her birthday.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
