My uncle had dementia, my aunt had to move him into a facility when he started becoming violent. Guaranteed that's why she did it…even at his age he still has some pretty good strength and if your mind isn't what it was you can fly off the handle at any moment due to the frustration of your condition.
She had to weigh the risk of him still being around her without help.

My mom had dementia too
She never became violent, she was mostly delusional
When they get close to dying they stop being able to walk. If I was a strong man I would have been able to continue to care for her at home

No…he lives on his property in a house equipped for his needs. His condition is very sensitive to over stimulation and things like young children can be difficult to process. I'm sure his home is more of a sensible escape for Bruce when spells take him. He's fortunate to have the means and family support for such a terrible situation

She's been with him since 2009 I think. I didn't realize they had been married that long. They have two daughters: a young teen and a tween. Emma stated that she knows this is what Bruce would have wanted as he's had more periods of not being lucid and he would want his children's lives to not be interrupted.
She made a good point that unless you've ever had someone in your life go through the same thing, it's difficult to point fingers and judge. We don't know what she's going through while trying to also raise and protect their two children.
