I don't think I've seen him with grey hair so that could play a role. Also, makeup is used in filming. Bro prly has a lot of his aging covered.
He's not an ugly man. His aging gives him a rugged look, which is a good look to some people.
I looked it up and he does smoke. That'll do it. He also drinks, which will also do it. I think that's why Orson looks older.

he played an alcoholic in Filth and i think he drank a lot just for that role to make it look more realistic. doing stuff like that messes with your health for sure and roles like that probably make you age faster too.
