Where were you when we were getting high?
Who is "we"?
I never marched with the Tartan Army.
Btw. I would also like to see the footage.
The question here is whether this is an isolated, exceptional incident
or whether the stadium has a serious security problem. -

Someday you will find me
Yep, flat like a stamp on the ground of a stadium. ☻
Bad jokes aside, that wasn't the first incident.
This
happened during the EURO 2020.
It's not only a problem at Wembley.
In many stadiums the railings are too low and the stairs very steep.
All it takes is one stumble (or, as happened at EURO 2020, lean too far over the railing)
and schwupps, they're gone.
Back to
your
cannonball, every spectator could get one tied to the leg.
That would significantly increase safety.

Did he fall faster than a cannonball?
