This is a macaroon. It is sugared potato, covered in chocolate and coated with coconut flakes. There are variations on the recipe beyond that but, at its core, that's it
They are very popular pick-me-ups and associated with healthy activities as well as slovenly pursuits.
Sometimes people get called a macaroon. Whether it is an insult or not is up the the recipient.
That said, who hear would you call a macaroon (And why)?
