Wich was the cause of her drowning? did the poor woman have narcolepsy?

I'd say she was probably drunk, and reports did say she had quite a bit of valium in her system. It seems as though the reason she drowned would be she just wasn't in her right mind to realise what she was doing when she jumped in the pool.

She drowned due to a bad mix of chemicals and too much time in the sauna. Bill had a large sauna right by the pool which she used that night. She hadn't had a lot to drink, but enough, and in combo with some prescription pills and a long session in the heat she simply passed out on her way into the pool for her post-sauna dip.
The police found her towel still in the sauna. -

Although she had alcohol and drugs in her system, she had bumps and bruises. She would only have hit her head not break her neck. Additional info reveals that, prior to the death, she was heading for a divorce. William Shatner had her cremated before they could do additional tests at a later date.
