with the Federal law enforcement style of semi-documentary narration, but overall an interesting thriller.

The corny narration does indeed lays things on a bit thick, but overall I found this crime noir thriller to be quite enjoyable and engrossing throughout. I especially dug the great use of assorted New York City locations that includes everything from Penn Station to LaGuardia Airport.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
