Not that I'm wanting to get into an argument, but "socially irresponsible programming" is your reasoning why the show was cancelled? That just can't be true, because 'Will & Grace' was on for years and according to a lot of people, that is "socially irresponsible programming", but it was one of the highest rated shows on TV.

Getting way off subject; why was Will & Grace considered socially irresponsible programming? I mean other than upsetting my sensebilites of what good comedy should be, what was wrong with that show?
Smith on the other hand wasn't anymore violent that say '24'. -

From A MAXIM interview last year:
Maxim: You returned to TV in last years Smith, playing a mastermind thief. Were you pissed when it was canceled after three episodes?
Ray: I was pissed when I found out why it didnt work out. Egos got in the way and shouldnt have. I could go on, but it would be nasty, and I dont feel like being nasty.
