Streep is pissed off because Clinton didn't win.

and it's made her create a fool of herself. She's finished with over half the country. Of course,, it'sonly the REAL folks who have rejected her. She will never have her coastal bubble busted That should be all she cares about until the box office slips come in

Meryl Streep has never been a massive box office draw. She's been critics' dreams though. She is casted in movies to raise the pedigree of the movie because she is a good actress. Peo5b4ple don't go see movies because meryl streep is in them, but awards shows love meryl streep and she loves the idea of herself.

Streep is the classic Hollywood liberal feminist who uses her platform to push her political agenda.
And make a fool of herself in the process. She has now come across as a phony hypocrite and I feel a lot of the niceties in her off screen persona has been an act too.
I do not dislike Streep, an interesting and even at times fascinating actress to watch, but there are other actresses I prefer in terms of raw talent and skill.
Streep is often too mannered and transparent in the technical presentation of her craft to be regarded as organic and believable in the moment real.
Streep could never have pulled off two of Shelley Duvall's best roles, (
they are the same age
), Duvall's awkward, clueless yet naturalistic and genuine Millie Lammoreaux in Altman's
3 Women - '77
and the intensity she generated in her Wendy Torrance in Kubrick's flawed
The Shining - '80
, seems out of range for Streep's capabilities. Streep rarely goes beyond skin deep.
I'd say her deepest role would be her disquieting turn as Lindy Chamberlain in Fred Schepsi's disturbing
A Cry In The Dark - '88
, in which she gave something more real and sublime.
Streep has largely been about making an obvious impression and appears to operate from too much ego at times.

She's playing the Hollywarped game and has been so privileged in her life, she wants something more for some reason. I guess the evil Hollywood patriarchy held her back from achieving even greater fame and success….
She wants equal pay for female actors, even though she's still a highly paid actress herself and is more of a critics darling than a box office draw card. I think she lives in a cocoon and thinks what's going on in her circles is the most important thing there is.
I don't think Streep is ugly, she is quite unique looking, but she's not a traditional beauty and she can have a cold aloofness about her at times in some of her earlier roles.

So were a hell of a lot of other people, Skippy. Did you have a point, other than the one under your hat?
There are 8.2 billion people in the world. 8.19 billion of them have never heard of and don't give a fuck about Charlie Kirk. Get over it.
