Owen is a gifted actor. I couldn't understand most of the dialogue though

I have sub titles on when I watch TV but it doesn't come on when I watch shows on Netflix or OnDemand
I sure could have used it, especially with the black cop, he practically whispered

You can express emotions without being OTT
Given the way it was shot… it really should have had performances based on realism.
The pacing is bad as well at points. Characters look like they might run out of breath
