It's really good, and an accurate representation of working in a hospital.

I haven't really watched ER. Was that a realistic depiction of hospital life? A lot of the people I know from my sister and my sister herself love it for its familiarity.

Yes and no. It was also big on the personal lives of the docs.
Michael Crihton's widow is suing the producers of The Pitt. He was the creator of ER. The lead actor from the pitt was also a main character in ER.

I doubt they have a case. From what I know, the only similarities are they're both medical dramas.
Was ER like the show 24? The Pitt is.

No it wasn't in real time. It really was a hospital drama and part soap but it was really good. It aired for 15 years.

I've been meaning to watch it one day. The only other medical show I watched was Good Doctor… which I have mixed feelings about. One of the negatives being the creator is a Zionist who inserted his bullshit into one of the last episodes in the most tasteless way.

It's very fast paced with many characters. I watched it continuously for a few years lol. It's my favorite show of all time.

American Gothic with the episodes in the right order. Didn't enjoy it as much as The Shield which I watched just a bit before AG.
