You must have seen this on TV this past week. I distinctly remember the scene but I have no idea which it was. She tells him something like "this is interesting", "we can push the beds together" and he looks at her odd and she gaily says "or not". I think she's a redhead and the comforters were white with a black pattern.
I have a feeling it's one of those 60's movies. A horror movie. Doesn't he try to kill her? And she falls between a bed and the wall? Unless it was one of those ghost shows on the Travel Channel. (Or I'm confusing 2 shows!) I don't watch that many channels but I do have the TV on a lot. Hmm⦠could it have been a Carol Burnett skit?
Now you got me curious to find out as well. If only there was somewhere to read past TV schedules! But you can hardly read 1 day back at most sites.

ETA: I'm trying to think of all the TV shows I've seen this past week. By golly, I think it might have been Hart to Hart, which I never watch but usually put on mute while waiting for my show. But which one? They air so many and on different channels.
I'm strongly leaning towards Stephanie Powers being the redhead here, or it has to be a Travel Channel ghost show. Will search some moreβ¦
ETA2: Btw, and I'm surprised no one has said this: it's also the topic of a King of Queens episode. Then they separate everything in their lives: going to movies, going on vacation. However, the scene where he gives her a puzzled look, that wouldn't be it. IT could also be a F.I. episode but I just looked up the horror ones I watched recently and so far no luck.
ETA3: LOL! I think it might have been a Bewitched. Now, I'm pretty sure of it! Because I watched it twice, and that's one of the few shows that gets repeated in the same day or in a couple days! Probably were going to Mrs Stevens house?

It's been a few years since I saw it. I have never watched Hart to Hart or King of Queens. I don't think it was Bewitched because I haven't seen it in many years.

THAT is really funny, then! As in odd! Cos I just saw that scene this past week. In fact, I dreamed about it last night and for the life of me, I canNOT remember it!!!
So you're sure it was a TV show?? I went back to see a movie scene and that wasn't it. Do you ever watch the Travel Channel ghost shows, like A Haunting and things like that? I hope someone finds it. My memory is shot but I can see the red head clearly. Do you watch Fantasy Island? I have been watching a few recently⦠Could that be it?

You said that it's the person offering them the room that looks puzzled. (I sorta remembered the husband or future husband being puzzled.) If you are correct, which you probably are, that could totally be a time-travel episode, like a F.I. one then! Unfortunately, I've been watching many because I was looking for a cool Halloween episode of those, having seen late season ones that sucked on TV. So, if it indeed were a F.I. episode, it's either a late season or 1, 2 or 3! (Yeah, I been skipping and not watching them in order.)
Let me guess: now you gonna tell me you've never seen that show? <G> It's ok: I now want to find it too! How totally odd that I would even click this thread and you posted this and I had seen similar scene this past week!

No, the beds in "my" show/movie were real beds. As I remember it, the comforters where white with a black geometric pattern that resembled a simple geometric flower (repeat pattern). However, I have been known to remember visual details wrongly, haha! (I "see" elongated skinny black petals in a circle, repeated.)
I'm sure it'll come back on TVβ¦ Let's hope!

That's really too bad cos I really wanted to know. I watched that scene twice (didn't watch the whole movie, I Don't think!) within a few days.
I only watch specific channels (see my posts above) and the one that repeats over & over again, even twice a day, is the Travel Channel.
When I posted my 1st reply, I had it on the tip of my tongue. Now I really can't remember other than it was horror & the woman was a redhead.

It's however NOT obscure: like I told you many times, it was on TV a couple days or so before I posted you my 1st reply. I have long forgotten it by now.
I do not watch paying sites (Hulu, Disney etc.) : that's completely idiotic to be wasting money in these hard times of inflation, and on top of that, to enrich those pedophiles (!!) when all is available for free, on TV or online legal free streaming sites.
Like I said: I only saw that scene pretty much and then got bored and turned the channel. If it comes back on TV and I see it again, I'll let you know. I watched these channels that are on perma-repeat.

: If you're female, do you watch any of those stupid Xmas movie channels? (Or online equivalent) They always bore me and I turn the channel fast (Hallmark etc) Although I remember it as Halloween, it could be that I was
watching 2 channels at once
(I do that a lot) and the couple went to spend Xmas at his parents, and the wife suggested they push the beds together, and then I turned to the horror film with the redhead that falls between the bed and the wall while the husband goes to beat her up (upon which, I changed channels again, I'm not into that!)

Oh good cos I just wanna hang myself (like the old lady in Airplane!) whenever I switch to Hallmark & the like channels! They been airing nonstop 24/7 Xmas movies since 2 weeks before Halloween!
Then consider the possibility that we watched 2 completely different shows with a similar scene. Which is hella weird. Even more weird: in my years on IMDb, I never ONCE knew what someone was seeking in this forum. And here, I clicked your thread first and knew right away: it had aired a few days prior. Hella weird!
Anyway hope you find it!
