Innerspace was the first time I laid eyes on Meg Ryan (didn't see it in the theater, but rented it on VHS the next year). I was immediately smitten with her (even though she had short hair in the movie, which I don't usually like). She and Geena Davis were my favorite actress from that period (late 80s into early 90s, I generally caught most of the movies they appeared in). It is too bad how she has changed her appearance today

Agreed. She's absolutely adorable in this movie. Loved her in the 80s even when I was a kid.
