I thought this one was strictly okay. I liked the cast, but the big reveal about the killer's true identity was extremely ridiculous and implausible. 5 out of 10 from me.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

The killer in the actual case this movie was inspired by was never caught.
