Well my list would be kinda different from any of the ones previously mentioned. Try and think outside of Hollywood and the last 3 decades please; unless you are fine with watching linear films from the same country and time. If Shawshank Redemption is anywhere on your best film list then you are going to hate mine.

If that's the zombie movie with Elijah Woods then yes but imo that's not a top 50 movie at all but still very entertaining and original, I still wish there would've been a sequel ️
