different reasons:
- we're raised on eating vegetables and healthy food every day. we get products and groceries that are not only healthy but also sustainable, boosting up our metabolism. that way we feel that our body and soul is one, and a sound body makes a sound mind.
- we don't have 20 different fast food chain restos lined up in one ****ing street. we eat at fancy restaurants that have fusion cuisine.
- we love cycling. Europe is a continent of passionate cyclists. everyone here has a bike. we don't take the car to get from A to B in 5 minutes. we go on long ass bicycle tours bc it is soul cleansing and clearing our minds. look at all the professional Tour de France cyclists. they're skinny but their mind is sharp and their will power strong. who needs strong arms when the mind is weak?
- we're not nations of shallow narcissists who are obsessed with body image and beauty ideals. we don't feel like projecting our insecurities with our appearance onto our environment. we are more natural and don't give a **** about how someone looks when they are a decent person. a heavily muscled man is not manly to us, it only shows that that man is brimmed with complexes.
- toxic masculinity is more rampant in America than here and is harming everyone, men and women alike. toxic men get laughed at and chased off our lawns whereas you are cultivating toxic men culture. you think only toxic men will go far in life when in fact it's your toxic masculinity that is eating you up inside, slowly but steadily, like rot or cancer. obsessing over your muscles will only speed up that process of your inevitable demise. stop being a toxic little **** and your soul will be saved!
reasons 4 & 5 are a retarded, brainwashed take on things.
the others points have some truth to them as far as lifestyle and real food availability. inflammation and empty calories are key drivers of obesity. when you see a fattie, their body is screaming "sedentary lifestyle and malnourishment"

4: i reject. have you ever spent time in southern europe in High summer season? or lounge about in Greek isles? both sexes work the body image to Olympian heights of vanity, ego, and body image worshiping. If you havent, then try a vacay there and enjoy the people watching.
5: what? many european countries have social caste systems in place where women treated badly. romania, hungary, bulgaria, poland to name a few. gramted, these all former Soviet satellite ****holes, but still: 30 years on from EU membership? second: the two most destructive events of last century: WWI&II originated in europe, so the impulse to reject " TMM" failed.
