Is it me or did "teens" in the 90's look older than they do now? I calculated some of their ages in regards to when the movie played and they weren't THAT much older then their characters. Nowadays the teens look 12maybe the generation is getting smaller or they are matching people with their ages more?
I'm too cool for a signature bitches!

Take a look at graduation classes from the early '80's or beforethem dudes looked like they should be more concerned about refinancing their mortgages than having a physics exam.
People generally seemed to look older back thenjust how it is.

I have to agree. Having compared yearbooks from say the late 60-70s to 2000s, people looked much much older in the 60-70s, while 2000s - a lot of freshman and sophomores still look like middle school age.

I was just watching the old 90210 and the new one and thought the kids in the original one had to be older when they stated on the show but when I looked up the ages most of the stars form the original show where actually younger then the ones on the remake when they started.maybe it was because I was so young when I watched the first time

"Back then?" It was only the 90's. High school movies in the 40's and 50's had "teenagers" who looked 40!

The lighting was really bad in this movie. Dean looked post-Frat/early unexpected father.

I think people are just looking younger for whatever reason. Heck Jaime Lee Curtis was only 20 when she did Halloween she looked much older.

They looked too old. They should have cast younger actors.

Look at pics of 20 year olds in the 70s compared to the 2010s. Millennials look far younger comparatively. Gen z, meanwhile, has reverted to looking prematurely aged.
I attribute this to better skin care products and sun avoidance. Years ago people didn’t take sun exposure as seriously. The sun causes most damage to the skin.
Also, smaller taints are a product of preservatives exposure. Perhaps food isn’t all that’s being preserved but also pristine skin wrapped around tiny taints. Go take a look

You think that taints are better the smaller they are.
