I wasn't alive in the '70s, but I watched Are You Being Served? reruns on PBS as a kid and had a huge crush on Wendy Richard (Miss Brahms).
I liked Mary Tyler Moore a lot, too.

I was in love with Murray on the Mary Tyler Moore Show. Don't know why, I don't usually like bald guys! I also swooned over BJ Hunnicutt and Sgt. Dietrich on Barney Miller. And Steve Lawrence, in his frequent guest appearances on the Carol Burnett Show. And Jim Rockford. And Mannix (was that 70's?).

Mine was definitely
Francoise Pascal
, from the british sitcom "Mind Your Language". It was one of those 70s shows that would maybe be banned now, because of what would be seen in todays climate as "racist" content. Anyway she played the french girl Danielle and she was absolutely stunning. -
