Elvis Presley I am not where near a Michael Jackson fan,111c I don't like it when any of his songs are played on a classic oldies stations that's near me, and 2 of which does. If I am listening to a classic radio station and a Michael Jackson song comes on I would change the station. As a kid with the Jackson Five he was okay, but as an adult he changed the color of his skin, and sang with a weird voice. That makes me wonder is he supposed to be a male or female?

MICHAEL SIMPLY BECAUSE HE WAS BLACK.
THE DEAD OL' CRACKER STOLE EVERYTHING FROM THE BLACK MAN. HE WAS NOTHING BUT A LEECH WHO FINALLY EXPLODED. THE ONLY THING HE WROTE WAS HIS NAME. HE ALSO SAID THE ONLY THING A BLACK MAN COULD DO WAS SHINE HIS BLUE SUEDE SHOES, BUY HIS RECORDS AND POLISH HIS CADILLAC. WELL A BLACK MAN MARRIED YOUR WHITE TRASH DAUGHTER MR. KING OF ROCK N' ROLL! BLACK LIVES MATTER!
Ladies and gentlemen, here he is Mr. Warmth himself, the one, the only - Mr. Don Rickles! -

Elvis never said that. There was a great documentary in the UK recently presented by Joanna Lumley. She interviewed a (black) childhood friend from Tupelo, apparently Elvis would go to the cinema via the white entrance then climb over the boundary to be with his friends in the segregated black section. -

Elvis, by far.
I like Michael. He was a fantastic dancer and song writer. He wrote songs to fit his voice.
Elvis could sing any genre. His voice was amazing. He was so good looking and had an amazing style.
Michael used a lot of dancers when he was in concert.
Elvis just walked out there and mezmoried the crowd.
Michael as been barely mentioned on magazines since his death.
Elvis was on the rack for a couple years.
People still think Elvis might be alive (silly). But they can't handle him being dead.
No one thinks Michael is faking it. They accepted it and moved along.
Elvis will be missed for the next 500 years.
Michael is already losing his appeal. It's sad. But true. -

Well you and I are not in the same boat when it comes to Michael Jackson as I am not a fan of him at all. he was okay as boy with the Jackson 5, but as an adult he was more weird where with me I am questioning he supposed to be a male or female?

I'd have to go with MJ (
after
he went solo). Elvis did not belong to my generation of rock/contemp. With Elvis, I felt nothing listening to his songs, and the movies were awful. I got dragged to a few by my older sister. Boring! I didn't care for the Beatles either.
I'm a Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin, Doors, Who, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull kind of girl.
ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED??!!

Even though I really like Elvis, my favorite music is more so Iron Maiden, Metallica, Ozzy, Dio, Black Sabbath, The Who, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Steve Miller, Alice Cooper, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, and KISS.

Elvis
Elvis was before my time. Michael was technically my time. But I wanted to be the handsome, dangerous deep voice guy that men wanted to be and girls wanted to be with.
I did not want to be a girly, skinny, gay-ish guy with a high voice.
To me there was nothing cool about MJ. Performers like MJ, Bowie, etc, although hugely talented, started the whole androgynous rock star persona. That was a big turn off to me. -

I personally think that even if Michael Jackson wasn't a pedophile, there is still no denying that he was a legit transgender freak and given how much of a freak he was, he could very well have in fact been a pedophile.

Elvis without question.
I like Michael Jackson, but there was quite a few of his songs that were way too sappy or cheesy, like Heal The World. And the song Childhood, although I find the idea admirable, it just comes off as creepy. Plus MJ had a bit of narcissistic tenancies. Like in press conferences, he always had to have "The King Of Pop" written across his podium. And I don't know if it's true, but in his contracts it always stated that he had to be referred to as "King".
Elvis on the other hand, whenever someone called him the King, he always denied it, citing Jesus as the king (I'm not religious, but I respect his humbleness), or Fats Domino as the King of Rock & Roll. And he was so much more diverse than MJ. He basically performed in every genre, and he just had the "cool vibe" that not many people have. I prefer his voice and musicianship to Michael's, as well. He was a great performer and an even greater man. -

Wacko Jacko had a HUGE ego no doubt. Another reason I was never a fan. Yeah, songs like We Are The World were corny as hell too. Billy Joel called We Are The World a Pepsi commercial, and even though I'm not a huge Billy Joel fan, I agree with him on that.
RIP

I also liked that Elvis claimed he wasn't the king but Jesus was the king. Like you said, that was very humble. I never cared for Michael Jackson partly because, like I said, he was essentially the self proclaimed king of pop whereas Elvis claimed that Jesus was the king as opposed to him. Shows how humble Elvis was and how conceited Michael Jackson was.
If Bon Scott of AC/DC was still alive, he would be a Brony.
