I remember Chris's death date well. My daughter also died in 2004 and also from an infected bed sore. Unlike Reeve, she was unconscious.

She was comatose for six months after the accident. At least, quads are usually conscious. We did know she was blind though because of a severed optic nerve.
I started watching Chris in
Rear Window(1998)
a few years ago and could not get through it.
