No one deserves to suffer like that.

Indeed, it would be awful if she had to live much longer like that.

I am watching the interview now and I was shockied beyond belief at the way she looked. I have to say years ago I was not a fan of hers but through the years she has caused me to really rethink my feelings, at least where she is concerned.
She loves all and holds no anger for anyone. She is truly so blessed and if there is a heaven, she will be there sitting beside the Lord.
I hope that she goes peacefully but I also hope that somehow she can gain her weight back and prove me wrong, that there is a God. Either way, I hold her in high regard and I wish her nothing but peace, love and hope. I think that she has changed the way alot of people think just by her unfailing faith.
If everyone held her hope, this would be a beautiful place to exist.

It's amazing how some people can talk bad about others. I guess their parents never told them to not say bad things about people, because whatever happens to the people they are badmouthing, their own words and actions can come right back and bite them in the butt.

I saw her on a clip on inside edition today, when she was on the Larry King show. It's quite saddening how she looks now ,and she seems like a nice person. May the good lord take her soon ,and may she rest in peace.

When I saw Tammy on Larry King, it broke my heart. For a woman who has such a strong faith and reliance in God, it shocks me that God would give her such a terrible disease. Then again, it could be a way to send a message to people. The world has become a cold place, and not enough people have the same positive and lovely attitude that Mrs. Messner has. I hope and pray that she'll be able to eat one last burger and fries (with lots of ketchup!) like she wishes before she does pass. Of course, her cancer turning out to be operable and curable after all would also be lovely. If God can work miracles, she deserves one.

In the world we live in we all have to go through alot. Even God had to suffer for taking the cross for our very own sins. When it should of been us on that cross for being the sinners we are. Yes he resurrected three days later on Easter Sunday. The prophecy is true!

Maybe the cancer was just God's way of bringing her home to eternal paradise. She seemed like a truly angelic woman and a REAL Christian (not the judgemental bigoted ones)

Not to start a big to-do - but why make her suffer all those years with a horrible form of cancer (not to say they're NOT all horrible, but some are worse than others) before "bringing her home to eternal paradise." If she deserved to "come home" - why not a heart attack? Freak accident like she's out for a drive and the car explodes? Something peaceful like just stop breathing while in her sleep?

What amazed me was that she had the energy to do that interview, especially being so obviously ill. And yet she still had a positive attitude despite her t2000ragic illness. Not many people would have the will to do what she did (and rightfully soI know I sure wouldn't). Instead of being bitter and resentful, she chose to share her story. For that I give her a standing ovation and my respect. RIP Tammy

Larry King made me sick constantly asking her how much pain she was in, had she spoken with Jim, what her dying wish was, how she'd like to be remembered etc. He could have been more encouraging and played some positive 'remember when'-type footage of her in happier times. Instead it's the negative questions about her health, Jim Baker (like her current husband wasn't sitting there) and the fall of Heritage USA.
                                          Unreal.
