I saw that interview where Bieber was definitely very protective over Billie Eilish. He knew. His eyes looked haunted as he seemed to recollect what he was forced to endure on his way to fame. I don't know if Billie ever took him up on his offer. I hope she did so that she wasn't taken advantage of.

Oh yeah, big time! There are a lot of photos and tweets between the two. She has a long history with Diddy and going to his parties.
I think it's pretty "convenient" that as things get closer to Diddy's activities being released and more actors (and survivors) coming out of the woodwork, along with the new administration, I think the light is going to be shone on all the debauchery as well as all the exploitation.
I also read that Ashton Kutcher is wrapped up in this as well.
