in series 3 when barbarah announces that there to have their tea from the chippy, Dave asks for "pudding chips and gravy and a can of dandellion and burdock" what is 'pudding' exactly? i thought it might be black pudding but i dont know of a fish and chip shop that serves it, anyone know what it is?

Actually, a pudding refers to a Steak and Kidney pudding, sometimes referred to as "Babbies 'Yed" in some northern towns. It's a soft suet pastry shell surrounding chunks of steak and kidney, at it's not half tasty!
