Interesting stories, great cast and the value of production is probably among the best out there right now. Like The Morning Show, Disclaimer and Succession level.
I was quite surprised by it.
It's got all the woke stuff and subverted concepts but they are actually done well. A good story is a good story and the production of it should be treat with respect. This does all of that and does so to the highest degree.
Surprised there isn't another thread in this forum about it. This is the type of show that deserves talking about

Yup, and Chiwetel Ejiofor was in it but not being Mordo and Andy Serkis not being that Ulysses Klaue character from Age of Ultron.
I was half expecting Christian Bale and Patrick Stewart to show up just to round it all off
If we're being pedantic Venom shouldn't exist without having been Spider-Man first.
But the ever evolving stories of comic books and intellectual property laws have to do what they do

plus, he came back as Lizard for a Spider-Man: No Way Home so I didn't imagine he would slip into another another character in a Superhero film, especially one I associate with Spider-Man.
But if RDJ can come back as someone totally different, why not everyone else? -

Clunky cast decisions aside I thought he was quite a good character in The Last Dance. I'm not at all sure as to why his character was needed but it helped add
something
to the movie and was as silly as the whole story was.
The entire trilogy was a mess but I think it at least went out on a comfortable junk movie night out note

I did see this and The One. I liked them both. Season 2 was cancelled of Soulmates. Interesting concept. All this aside did you see The Beautiful Lie with Sarah Snook? I really liked it. An interesting take on Anna Karenina in the present time.
