Oh, he is a nonstarter for sure, but I'd bet he will still put his extra loud voice out there.

Tulsi Garbage? Yes, I think you are correct, she will take a losing shot at it as well.
Massie? No, he is too reasonable to make any serious headway.
Nasty Mace has aspirations of "greatness," but I don't think she will make any 2028 moves.
