I notice there are girls, not born in my year/s, who have like a crusty form and then skin plastered over. That is not just me.
Even after losing a lot of what I had, I looked so spirited dancing at age 7.
When I couldn't take classes in dance or ballet or gymnastics, I walked around a nice city with my family. It was every weekend and home from school, as well as a lot on vacations. Sometimes it was to school. We walked across a street, down a street, across all the old buildings of the main line of buildings featured as a showcase or something in a huge set of different old buildings together in an old city. It was so so so long. Like, there were 4 or 3 crossings for cars to go slowly, even then in the late 1990's. It was a proper shopping mall of very old buildings with an old spirit etc. It at least seemed like 2 miles. Then, there was a long wall etc. among other things, to get to the school, past the old church, too, which was and still is at the end of these old buildings. That walk seems like over a mile. To get to the old buildings from home itself was a big thing, but we were lucky to live by the fort. My mom did not even have to always work.. Anyway, we were good students/kids. …
I tried to get back in the groove moving. I wish it was more brought up often to keep a diary of exercise to keep it going. Like, the push ups.
