They're probably embarrassed that they didn't help, and decided to leave it for hours and act clueless.
Great point. Lives might've been saved if the surviving roommates had acted faster. If Dylan had indeed seen Xana lying on the floor in a pool of blood shortly after BK left the house, I think she and Bethany either panicked to the point of inaction or they just flat out denied reality for most of those 8 hours and decided to put "it" out of their minds by going on social media and taking selfies while their friends bled to death in the rooms above. Maybe they were hoping it was all just a practical joke. -

It makes you wonder how he was in and out the house within 8 minutes leaving no bloody footprints, etc.. He had time to change his clothing and take a seat in xana's room before leaving.
I guess we will never know whole truth. -
