Obviously most of them are having sex with men. The difference is the size of the banging pool. On something like Tinder the gender ratio is around 3 men for every woman, and half those women are bots. So even if every real woman on there is banging someone then a lot of guys are still stuck with their hands and porn.

A few people may still do that, but it is no longer considered socially acceptable to label women as whores. Men and boys get mocked and insulted for not having sex and are labelled as incels, losers, virgins, etc. Women don't. Men get judged and criticized more than women now.

If a woman likes to ****, that's different from ****ing. If a woman is ****ing and getting something in return, then she's a whore. If a woman is getting nothing in return, she's a slut. Sluts generally have psychological problems.
Women are generally the most powerful humans since they are the ones who have children. So the are kept under tighter social control. Mental illness and shame are just some of the ways to keep them in line.
