Not really. You can have romance without sex and vice versa.
I guess you don't think friends with benefits are a thing either. Such a narrow mind. People are so solipsistic when it comes to this kind of ****. Just because you don't feel this way doesn't mean your way of thinking is the only way.

True love can be found anywhere. Sometimes it's platonic, and that kind of love is lasting and more likely to be unconditional. Romantic love is often unrealistic. If you're not into sex, then you need to find someone who isn't into it either or the relationship will never work out. Anyway, true love has nothing to do with sex because it can exist with people who have never even touched each other.

If it’s the state of infatuation (being in love) with chemicals released etc, you can have a crush and be asexual. But I bet they’d start thinking sexually about them.
IDK if there are true asexuals. Most of the people claiming to I suspect have had unhealthy experiences regarding intimacy so it’s not that they’re truly asexual but sexually repressed
