Her husband, or the men whose emotions she's toying with?
FYI, she's not legally married, but calls him her husband (or fiance, and she's not engaged) since they have two kids and live together at her mom's house. She's faithful to him, and therefore just needs clarification from other men that she's still "got it." Apparently, having one man checking her out is not enough, so her "husband" is NOT necessarily neglecting her. She just wants to keep tabs on how attractive she is, due to both Father Time and her pregnancy weight gain trigging her somewhat insecurities, which doesn't bode well for the men she flirts with…
As soon as they ask her out, she says that she's married and/or he's not her type and that she wouldn't be interested even if she was single. She even flirts on a "friends with benefits" dating site, which her profile pic is of her in a nightie which is only revealing from "commercial television" standards, e.g. probably a garment you'd see a woman on "Full House" wearing.
To whomever feels that the men are misinterpreting her flirting, she WANTED them to ask her out so she can reject them brutally. So she kept egging them on. -

Trust me, I am not making this up. She really does behave like this, and she also flirted with her less attractive bestie's boyfriend. I think she also uses her bestie's looks to her advantage, as men obviously have hit on her more than her bestie. So she likes to flirt with her boyfriend just to torture him. As if to say, "Haha, my ugly friend likes you, and I psyched you into thinking a prettier woman, me, also likes you." Since he and her bestie are not exclusive, he asked her out, which his less attractive girlfriend, who was well aware of how her friend (the flirt) behaves, mentioned that to him after finding out the flirt rejected him.
