The person who should pay the bill should always be the person who decided to go out to eat. If I ask a woman out on a dinner or lunch date then I’ll pay. If they ask me, then they pay.
Holding doors open is just common courtesy. People who don’t do that have a special place in Hell reserved just for them.
Pulling out a chair for a chick is unnecessary. I’d probably never go out with a person again if they ever made a big deal over what is ultimately an insignificant gesture just because they were trained to believe that gesture is a demonstration of chivalry.

Like I said, it doesn't need to be specific, but show with actions that you're into them. It's not all arbitrary. It can be non traditional.
It should all be reciprocal though. Like not that they have to put out of you do these things, but if it's just all doing this and the person walks all ober you, that's not good.
