1 or 2 drinks is never enough for me and once I'm on 3 or 4 I'm smoking and sending the bat signal out for coke.
Focusing on healthy living and the gym, with the occasional weekend bender works better for me. After a while it becomes extremely difficult being a constant weekend waster and holding down a demanding job + relationship.
I'm not sure whatever it is but compulsive drinking and drug taking seems to be a huge issue for us Scots!

lol I'm fine. I'm fortunately one of these binge drinkers that can quite easily just not drink, and it doesn't really bother me at all. My problem is when I do drink, I become a mad man!
The gym is a good substitute though. Hitting the gym hard and improving yourself becomes an addiction and massive buzz in itself.
But I just love getting ****ed up and listening to tunes tbh lmao
