The word "sick" is relative. Of course people with HIV don't have AIDS. But they're usually taking a gang of medications to prevent AIDS. The medications have their own side effects.

I don't know anyone personally with HIV, but think the meds work better with less side effects? Seems they are all undetectable as well.

My ex from college has HIV. We broke up long ago but we remained close friends. Jokes about this are very personal to me. That's why I blew up at Rouge. PAGG is a troll who just goes for the cheap laugh. But Rouge works in healthcare and should know better.
