There needs to be something done, however, because her actions resulted in death. This is not the same as someone writing or saying something mean to hurt feelings. Two deaths occurred because of her stupidity or poor judgment.

If she really cared about animals, she would have cared about their welfare and with the most minute of observation of Peanut's social media, she would have known this animal does not have rabies and they were both rescued as orphaned infants and couldn't survive in the wild. They were living with this man their whole life and being taken care of.
It disgusts me that she did not take CONTEXT into consideration. The judge who signed the warrant also did not take context into consideration. That's where these things are not just black and white.
