no. your 'only' is valid if and when a judge permits this as an affirmative defense. he can claim Trump spoke to him in his sleep and ordered this done. kinda immaterial what he says. what matters is what he's allowed to claim in court. if it ever goes that far: tidal wave of cries for racial justice may quash any indictment and the perp walks.
