If you're going to prosecute this case only on the OP after your objections have been cleared up since then, I'm gonna say you're fake mad about it and are guilty of being a stubborn asshole.
And you don't want that. -

Watch a few episodes of The First 48 on A&E. Many times after interviewing the guy, the cops will be conferring afterwards in another room and they'll comment that they could tell the guy was faking because there were no tears.
And he turns out to be guilty from other evidence they discover later. -

Yes, you're going to be crushed
BUT, when you call 911 are you going to try and compose yourself or are you going to be hysterical?

^^^ Get's it
You watch enough true crime you see it happen
Did you ever see that lunatic Chacey putting on a show after killing her husband?
I have to turn that one off when it comes on she's so annoying and stupid

If you had seen the story I saw on the news or Inside Edition, you'd know the fake crying goes along with other evidence against the guy like fingerprints, his own blood on the murder weapon, the fact the guy had taken out a huge life insurance policy on her, inconsistencies in his story involving timeline, etc.
It's usually easy to tell the guy is just plain stupid.
