Have you heard of Andy Sandness? He attempted suicide when he was 21, put the gun under his chin and fired. As soon as he did it he regretted it and asked the first responders to save him.
He lived for 10 years with no nose and a mouth so small he had to tear up his food. A newlywed with a baby coming shot himself in the head and succeeded in killing himself. He was also just 21. Andy ended up receiving his face in a transplant
