The armoury was taken from a vault that was "off the records" and had no trace or connection back to Bruce Wayne. The only way people would find out is if Bane told them but nothing in the film indicates he did.

Did Batman or Robin know Batgirl's secret identity during this movie? I'm not sure what the cannon is for this movie. It didn't seem like Robin had any clue, but I don't remember if Batman always knew from day one and was playing it down as to not give away her secret.
