it was just mean. What kind of person do you think my mother is?? My mom has owned dogs before.
She reached out to pet it. It bit her. The owner scolded the dog a lot. My mom said that that changed the dogs behavior. The dog then behaved as though it regretted biting her because its owner scolded it.
