The scene where he is entering the lobby to goliath industries headquarters, singing that Journey song, I was laughing incredibly hard. He is just hilarious.
You forgot the number 1 rule about remakes: don't **** with the original! -

He definitely is the best part of this movie. He's hysterical!
I liked the movie, though. I thought it played well as a kind of parody of T.V. cop shows of the 80s.
Of course, the Goliath scene is awesome, but no one mentioned the soccer game stuff at the end. When his niece gets knocked down, hahahahaha
I can actually picture Chris doing that IRL with his own kids, if he ever has any. Maybe not to that extreme, but definitely the "OH, NO!" part. haha That whole soccer game with the chest-bumping ref and "worse than the NBA" cracks me up every time! Chris has got great comedic timing. He's fantastic! -

i can rewatch it over and over. it's one of those
i think it's the 'living on the edge of death' feel that it gives. these guys are like the ship with no port, alienated.
but atop that the action and plot is good and the black chick is very hot i would like to lick her whole body.
my fave scene is "don't start none, won't be none" and you know what i mean lol
but yeah it had some great oneliners. it fits well in the tradition of die hard or lethal weapon or other classics. i think they did a great job and i wonder why the H3LL i never heard about it until it was on encore. (duh!)
somebody dropped the ball there. this movie coulda gone big if they had marketed it right. (lame @ss hollywood suits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they really don't even know their own business)

I have to agree, Chris Evans, stole the show with his portrayal of Jensen. The office building scene with the bullets made me think that it could have been a nod to his character Nick in the movie Push, a dangerous telekinetic who was the subject of secret government experimentation. I do have to give props to Oscar Jaenada (Cougar) who had the least amount of lines in the movie but said more with a facial expression than most of the other characters did with words.

Chris Evans and comic book movies just work. Evans just has great range. Even though i think he had even went in to audition. It's funny that the line works perfectly with Push(He played a Telekinetic) and Captain America(subject of secret government experimentation).

I agree he is the only reason I don't hate this film.I loved his character's humor and personality.Chris is one of my favorite actors thanks to him playing Captain America in Captain America the first Avenger and The Avengers.Chris steals the show like he always does.
Ohh yeah
