True, Tavare. I don't really like the new superhero movies compared to the old, though.
X-Men: Apocalypse 8/10. TMNT: Out of the Shadows 9/10. RIP Doris Roberts. You were wonderful in ELR.

Not a chance of another Burtonverse Batman movie whilst the DCEU is running (the only possibility would be in animation - similar to how Adam West and Burt Ward are voicing the upcoming Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders movies to mark 50 years since their TV show).

However, (Marlon)Wayans did get paid for not appearing in Batman Forever. Having originally been cast by Burton to appear as Robin in Batman Returns, Wayans was cut from an already crowded film. However, when Schumacher came in for the third Batman movie, the decision came down for Robin to be played by Chris ODonnell, despite Wayans already having a two-picture deal. In 2009, Wayans told io9, I still get residual checks. Tim Burton didnt wind up doing three, Joel Schumacher did it and he had a different vision for who Robin was. So, he hired Chris ODonnell. And like that, there coincidentally were no more major parts played by African-Americans in the Batman franchise.
Many more details on Burton's departure from the franchise here:

I posted my idea for a new Burton Batman movie starring Michael Keaton awhile ago. The movie would be set about 25 years after the events of
              Batman Returns
. Gotham is in a time of peace thanks to the work Batman has done to protect the city. Bruce is now in his late 50s/early 60s and semi-retired from crimefighting and focused on his company. A new threat emerges when Harley Quinn (retconned to be the daughter of Jack Napier instead of the Joker's girlfriend to have her age make sense) sets out to complete The Joker's work and avenge her father's death, and Bruce must become Batman again to stop her. This would bring things full circle since Batman killed the Joker for killing his parents and Harley would be out to kill Batman for killing her dad. Meanwhile, Selina re-appears as The Catwoman after Bruce has believed her to be dead after all the many years.

That would be a great plotine for a Batman film. It would add to the original series very well.

if burton made his third film we would have gotten a marlon wayans robin as well as the same goth style an a goth version of riddler with a pet mouse an a question mark shaved in his head with a green outfit an it would have been robin williams

Let's says WB gets wise that nostalgia is king right now and there's a big audience out there that wants to see Keaton play the role one more time. What would you want to see in a sequel taking place 25 years after Batman Returns? Here's what I've got so far (some of these are abandoned ideas for Burton's first two films and the third one that never happened):
The Scarecrow would be the main villain (played by either Brad Dourif or Jeff Goldblum)
Arkham Asylum would be featured prominently (just think what Burton could do with it)
Robin would show up (either Marlon Wayans, or a girl like the Carrie Kelly/Stephanie Brown version)
Batman gets to solve a major mystery (think like Ichabod Crane in Burton's Sleepy Hollow)
Selina returns, of course, and we're not sure if she's friend or foe
Billy Dee finally gets to be Two-Face
Barbara Gordon is the new Commissioner
A Halloween setting (to contrast nicely with the Xmas setting of BR)
Cameos from The Joker and the Penguin (in Batman's hallucination caused by the Scarecrow's venom)
Nicolas Cage cameo as Superman (just kidding! Or am I . . ?)
I posted my idea for a new Burton Batman movie starring Michael Keaton awhile ago. The movie would be set about 25 years after the events of Batman Returns. Gotham is in a time of peace thanks to the work Batman has done to protect the city. Bruce is now in his late 50s/early 60s and semi-retired from crimefighting and focused on his company. Meanwhile, Selina re-appears as The Catwoman after Bruce has believed her to be dead after all the many years.
I so want to see these ideas melded together for a Burton Batman 3. I know you got Afflecks Batman now for the foreseeable 5-10 years but maybe they could still do a Burton Batman movie as a comics style 'one shot' not connected to the DCU movies (like the way Gotham/Supergirl are doing their own separate thing to the DCU movies, or the way Connery did Never Say Never Again while Moore was the 'official' 007). Before now it probably wouldnt have been on anyones mind but with Keatons Birdman comeback and Burtons still being a big deal maybe things could fall into place. Batman belongs to Warner so I guess the could do it if they wanted to. And quite recently I believe both Burton and Keaton have said theyd like to do another. Plus theyre always making belated sequels to yesterdays blockbusters now so why not the biggest one of all
As for the plot/cast - I guess something similar to Superman Returns (which itself was kind of the belated 3rd Donner movie) and The Dark Knight Returns/Rises (batmans been gone for years has to come back). set at Halloween (bet Burton would frickin love to do that) and set 25-30years on from BR (ignoring Forever/B&R like Superman Returns did with SIII/IV. But no rebooting those films with alternate versions of the villains.). The villains could be Scarecrow (Depp) and Harley Quinn (Eva Green). Harley being the jokers daughter could be the central mystery batman has to solve (or maybe have Depp as the son of the joker with HQuinn his gf? Or Depp as joker copycat/Quinn as joker daughter). Also maybe catwoman (MPfeiffer) in a supporting role and maybe a Vicki Vale (KBasinger) cameo. other villains like Riddler (jim carrey) etc could cameo in Arkham. Also have a 1989 Jack Nicholson Joker cameo via CG deaging (flashback or dream). And yes maybe even a superman (NCage) cameo! No Alfred, Gordon, Robin. Very few gadgets just the batmobile, batcave and the utility belt.
Very dark, gritty, maybe even an R rating to differentiate it from the DCU (the burton movies were close to R, in fact both were rated 15 in the UK for VHS/DVD which is equivalent to R). No need for sequels. Just a one off to complete the Burton/Keaton 'trilogy' giving audiences that lost 3rd movie to make up for Forever/B&R

If DCU is deemed unsalvageable after WW/JL due to critical/box office underperformance (both are rumoured to be as 'complicated' as BvS) then maybe WB will cancel Batfleck (he seems hesitant on it anyway) and the others (Aquaman, Flash, HQuinn, GL) then maybeburton 3??

Batfleck, and maybe Wonder Woman, are the only two DCEU films I have any hope for at this stage.
Affleck needs to be able to direct his solo Batman film, whatever the hell happens to the rest of the cinematic universe.

I think the comic book "Batman '89" would be a good basis for a sequel to this. I have an understanding it is a great comic book.
