was Mad Stan. That guy knew how to throw down, and take a punch, and he blew the crap out of everything. There was nothing calm or even methodical about him, he was just constantly on a rampage. His battle with Batman in the library during the episode "Rats" was the most entertaining fight throughout this entire series IMO.

I'm sorry, but hands down Blight was the best villain on the show.
Especially since Terry gave Derek Powers/Blight an obvious hint to his identity by clueing onto his father's death only to be told back by him that it was still obscuring. That scene there, implies that Derek Powers/Blight had so many people killed off to keep track of. -

Blight definitely should have been used more. He was meant to be to Terry what the Joker was to Bruce.
Inque was great because she was such a hard villain to beat.
I enjoyed the episodes with the flashback villains, Mr. Freeze and Ras Al Gulh.
Spellbinder was a great villain with a lot of potential. -
