You know chemistry is subjective right? And how in the world were the writers teasing snowbarry in 1x12 and 1x19? 1x12 wasn't even a good episode for Caitlin cause she was written OOC.
Gustin's emotions feeling more genuine when Barry is with Caitlin than when he's trying too hard in the romantic scenes with Iris, to the point where they come across as awkward.
He deserves better than Barry's leftovers.
But Caitlin deserves Iris's left overs?

I'm genuinely curious as to how people could come to these conclusions. Especially of this particular poster whom I used to have long convos about on the subject of Barry's/Iris's relationship vs Barry's/Caitlin's relationship. I've noticed that since the beginning of this season their posts are tinged heavily with.bitterness, for lack of a better word. They're starting to sound like the usual SB crowd. I've been on this board since the beginning of the show, so I know who the baiters and trolls are and I don't engage them. What would be the point?

Pretty sure the level of retardation is reached just fine with you westallen shippers. Whoever ships snowbarry or whatever you call them at least don't act like bigots who can't hold a debate without taking everything so personally. Shipping is awful as is westallens are the paint sniffers that make Lana Lang's stans seems like angels that's saying a lot.

Good god gravy, I've been here since the show began and I've been called every name in the book by westallen stans for not falling over myself for this terrible character, their favorite is racist. Which is ironic since they tend to only like her because she's a black girl. Same goes for James Olson on Supergirl, same fans, separate shows. They're known at these boards for being the most race baiting if not the most racist hate clan on here. Clearly your little fantasy is about to bust up the more these writers refuse to develop your little queen beyond giving her tropes. It's really gotta hurt knowing you're on the side of bad writing that you can't see straight so you yourself reach in the tired westallen shipper hand book of going "wah i'm the victim you are racist" bull sht tactic. Giving me comic canon arguments? Huh, these aren't the same pairing from the comics. So much has changed from their origins that no one recognizes them as Iris and Barry from the DC comics mythos.
Regular viewers of this show are bored of this couple. What a concept? Someone actually having a different opinion than you. The only difference is opinion isn't fact. The only thing that is fact is the MAJORITY of the viewership hate this character and love Cisco or Caitlin more than some useless girl who doesn't work and exists only around the men in her life. You should be complaining to the writers for not giving her a real backstory. She's got none of it and for that, you remained pissed at the wrong people. The articles outside of these boards, not everyone has to be on the forced incestuous ship you slobber over daily. They praised gasp other people like Killer Frost since she was the focus of the episode and the scenes revolving around Barry and Caitlin. It makes sense because that pairing isn't forced. I've never seen so much insecurity in someone who ships a couple who is already canon. What's wrong? Feel threatened? -

I've only been here a little over a month and I'm thinking that you probably earned whatever they gave you.
I wasn't the only one pointing out reasons why Iris is such a bad character who got that treatment. Anyone who spoke negatively about her got the race card thrown their way. Hardly earned, more labeling than anything else which is what supporters of that ship are good at.
All of whom you've spoken to, right? A poll was taken and all the 'regular' viewers said they were bored? Nope. BTW, calling one group 'regular' and the other 'retarded' is racist. Never mind the fact that anyone who watches all the time would be 'regular', no matter their ship.
Known and respected Youtubers. Fanboy comic readers. Journalists who are unbiased to the CW sjw agenda. Did a little thing called search after the episode aired, boom, found those people. People just don't care about your little canon at this point. Say all you want about not shipping them, you're still in the defense mode, why are you here otherwise? Methinks you're a fan, why are you shouting? Westallens are typical in their emotional outbursts when people don't share their opinions, this is no different. I've never gotten into a fight with a regular viewer, though the shippers from that group tend to take things out of hand as if they are personally attacked.

Its not only subjective there is also more to it than kissing. It is a connection between the actors sorry but Grant doesn't have the level connection with Danielle that he has Candice. Folks need to watch their scenes the connection is effortless. In my opinion Candice is a very underrated actress
