Now that Black Widow is dead they should just use the original Avengers from the comics, Ant-Man, Hulk, Thor, the Wasp, and Iron Man and Captain America. They could make a movie about somehow bringing Iron Man and Captain America back.

They are only bringing them back in the forms of Ironheart and Falcon. Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans are not coming back. At least not like before where they are the stars of the movie.

Entirely new superheroes or new people becoming the old superheroes? Marvel doesn't have a deep enough bench to fill out a new Avengers team. They can add some West Coast Avengers but they are mostly lame (Hawkeye included).
