Though I wish the Flashpoint would have lasted longer, the show hit all the right buttons tonight. Fantastic action, special effects and great acting. No matter how they change the characters, they're almost always incredibly likable. Only real drawback was Rival's goofy costume. Off to a great start.

I knew they wouldn't hold it too much and even though I really liked the episode I was hoping there'd be a lot more consequences other than "Iris and Joe are not talking to each other". I mean, it's freaking FLASHPOINT, an event that actually brought the apocalypse. I know the show can't do even half the storyline but maybe a little more consequences? Hopefully this isn't entirely over. Also I fell it would have been a hell lot better if after he said good bye to his parents he entered the speed force to stop himself just like in the comic/movie.

I have a feeling there's a lot more than just Iris and Joe not talking.
I'm bummed, though. I wanna see more Wally as Kid Flash! (We probably willright?)

There's probably more but I feel they should have gone with something a little bigger than that.
We probably will, the thing is we've had too many speedsters. First two main villains were speedsters, we also had trajectory now KF and Rival. We'll see more of KF and probably Jessie Quick. Before introducing any other Barry HAS to be shown clearly as the fastest and should only be rivaled (no pun intended) by Reverse Flash. -

Yay positive thread! Lol I really liked the episode too. I thought the AU would go on for longer but I didn't mind it being this short. Rivals costume was dumb but he seemed brutal especially what he did to Wally. I loved the sibling crime fighting due with Ciscos help. Barry is always fun to watch and I like that he sort of set things right but the changes are damaging but in a more subtle way.
