Wow - have any of you people in this thread saw the Batman Returns movie?? The storyline in a nutshell, was that Penguin was underground with fishes and.penguins (har har) and he was hatching a violent, crazy plan to takeover Gotham. Penguin is a gangster. An absolute psychopath with murderous tenancies. I hope and I pray that when Penguin does return, he returns as a violent, clever, manipulative psychopath. I personally feel as if they've portrayed Penguin as being a bit weaker than he should be. I think the fact
that Riddler has shot him
, will send him over the edge and he'll return with a massive, massive bang.

But we all know Penguin isn't dead.
The old comic book rule applies: no body = not dead.
Heck, even dead people come back to life in Gotham.
